Role Overview:

We’re seeking a high-level operational leader to oversee the design and installation delivery teams responsible for creating exceptional learning environments for our clients. This role is all about leading, managing, and driving accountability while ensuring operational excellence, budget stewardship, and flawless project delivery.

This is a senior leadership position ideal for someone with experience in project management, construction, or related industries, but we welcome strong operational leaders from any background who have led complex, cross-functional teams at scale. As a senior people leader, you will be responsible not only for aligning systems and processes but also for developing, coaching, and scaling a high-performing team. This role requires someone who can balance strategic leadership with operational execution; building a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement across all delivery functions.

You will partner closely with our Revenue and Partnerships Leaders to ensure seamless alignment between growth initiatives and operational execution making sure every commitment made to clients and partners translates into projects that are delivered on time, on budget, and with the highest standards of quality and customer satisfaction.

 

Key Responsibilities

Leadership & Accountability

  • Provide vision, direction, and ongoing development for the project management, design, and
    installation delivery teams.
  • Apply the principles of Lead, Manage, and Accountability (LMA) by setting clear expectations,
    creating visibility around performance, and ensuring every team member has the resources and
    support to succeed.
  • Build team capacity through coaching, career development, and cross-training, ensuring talent
    and leadership pipelines grow alongside company goals.
  • Foster a culture of ownership, operational excellence, and continuous improvement, empowering
    team leads to make data-informed decisions.

 

Project Delivery Excellence

  • Oversee all project planning, execution, and delivery, ensuring projects meet quality, timeline,
    and budget requirements.
  • Implement project management processes that drive efficiency and consistency across all teams.
  • Monitor project health, proactively address risks, and ensure client expectations are exceeded.

 

Operational Efficiency & Process Adherence

  • Build and maintain scalable operational systems and workflows that drive predictability and
    quality.
  • Ensure strict process adherence and operational discipline at all stages of project delivery.
  • Leverage technology and data to drive decision-making and operational improvements.

 

Quality Control & Client Satisfaction

  • Serve as the ultimate owner of client experience from sales handoff through final installation,
    ensuring consistency, transparency, and excellence at every touchpoint.
  • Maintain high standards of quality control across all deliverables.
  • Ensure exceptional client satisfaction scores by creating frictionless customer experiences.
  • Partner with sales leaders to maintain seamless handoffs from sales to delivery teams.

 

Budget, Capacity & Resource Management

  • Manage people budgets, team capacity planning, and resource allocation to deliver projects
    efficiently.
  • Forecast staffing needs based on project pipeline and company growth plans.
  • Optimize profitability and operational margins through smart resource and budget decisions.

 

Requirements:

  • 10+ years in operations, project delivery, or operational leadership roles.
  • Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams to deliver complex projects at scale.
  • Strong background in budget ownership, capacity planning, and process improvement.
  • Exceptional organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
  • Expertise in project management tools and operational systems.

Compensation:

  • Full-Time (Remote) Role
  • $120K-$150K Salary (commensurate with experience)
  • Benefits Package + Performance Incentives

 

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday
