We may collect information relating to age, race, disability, national origin, sex and veteran status to comply with legal requirements. We do not discriminate in our hiring practices.

  • If you are hired by the Company, we will retain your information for the duration of your employment and for as long thereafter as permitted by applicable law.
  • If you are not hired by the Company, we will retain your information for as long as permitted by applicable law to leave you in consideration for future positions.
  • Website visitors and all others interacting with us will have their information retained for as long as permitted by applicable law to provide and improve our services, comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and for marketing purposes.

A.  Your California Privacy Rights

Subject to applicable law, Users who are residents of California have the following rights:

  • Right to Know: Users have the right to submit a request for copies of specific pieces of your personal information collected in the preceding twelve (12) months and for information about the Company’s collection, use, and disclosure of your personal information during that same 12-month period.
  • Right to Delete: Users have the right to submit a request for the deletion of the personal information that you have provided to the Company.
  • Right to Correct: You have the right to submit a request for the correction of inaccurate personal information maintained by the Company.
  • Inferring characteristics: The Company does not collect or process sensitive personal information or characteristics of protected classifications for the purpose of inferring characteristics about California residents.

 

B.  How to Exercise Your Rights

The Company will respond to requests to know, delete, and correct information in accordance with applicable law if it can verify the identity of the individual submitting the request. You can exercise these rights by sending an email to support@kay-tewlve.com.

 

C. Authorized Agents

If an authorized agent submits a request to know, correct or delete on your behalf, the authorized agent must submit with the request either (a) power of attorney that is valid under California law, or (b) document signed by you that authorizes the authorized agent to submit the request on your behalf. D.  Company’s Non-Discrimination and Non-Retaliation Policy

The Company will not discriminate or retaliate against anyone exercising privacy rights under the California Privacy Rights Act.
