John Kogan is CEO of Illumeo. John has been CFO at five companies and COO at two, a finance executive at Cardinal Health, and held numerous finance and accounting roles at AlliedSignal and Cisco Systems. John’s passion has been professional development for himself and his teams since his first job, and he has pioneered and led organization-wide learning at a number of companies, large and small.

He has founded, invested in and been a board member or advisor of a number of companies and non-profits. John volunteers his time at a variety of non-profit organizations. John has an MBA from the Fuqua School of Business at Duke University and a B.A. in Economics from Connecticut College.
