# SMS Terms of Service

These SMS Terms of Service (“SMS Terms”) apply to the text messaging program operated by **Kay-Twelve, LLC** (“Kay-Twelve,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By opting in to receive text messages from us, you agree to these SMS Terms.

## 1. Program Description

When you opt in, Kay-Twelve, LLC may send you recurring text messages (SMS/MMS) to the mobile number you provided. These messages may include:

- **Account and service notifications** – confirmations, updates, and important information about your account or the services you receive from us.
- **Meeting and appointment messages** – scheduling of meetings and appointments (including through our AI Agent), confirmations, reminders, and changes to upcoming appointments.
- **Marketing and promotional messages** – news, special offers, announcements, and other promotional content from Kay-Twelve.

## 2. Consent

By providing your mobile number and opting in through a web form or other method, you consent to receive text messages from Kay-Twelve, LLC, including messages that may be sent using automated technology. Consent to receive marketing text messages is not a condition of any purchase.

## 3. Message Frequency

Message frequency varies based on your account activity, appointments, and the promotions you are subscribed to.

## 4. Message and Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply. Please contact your wireless carrier for details about your text messaging and data plan.

## 5. How to Opt Out

You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Simply reply **STOP** to any text message from us. After you send STOP, we will send you one final message confirming that you have been unsubscribed, and you will no longer receive text messages from us unless you opt in again.

To rejoin, follow the same opt-in process you used originally, or reply **START**.

## 7. Carrier Disclaimer

You must be the account holder or authorized user of the mobile number you provide, and at least 18 years of age (or the age of majority where you live), to participate in our SMS program.

## 9. Privacy

We respect your privacy. Mobile information and SMS opt-in consent will not be shared with or sold to third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes.
