Erin Grossi, M.Ed.

Let's ConnectErin Grossi is Director of Learning Strategy at Kay-Twelve. Erin partners with school districts and learning organizations to design future-ready learning environments that amplify learner voice, honor cultural identity, and support visionary plans for teaching and learning. Her work is grounded in advocacy for children and adolescents, collaborative inquiry, and the belief that educational spaces should cultivate belonging, creativity, and possibility.
Erin’s experience spans leading strategic initiatives for one of the nation’s largest urban school districts recognized for celebrating cultural diversity; to contributing to policy and program development at the National P-3 Center at the University of Colorado focused on the birth through third-grade continuum; to consulting with more than 25 school districts across the US. She has also served as adjunct faculty in the Art Education department at Rocky Mountain College of Art and Design.
One of Erin’s most meaningful experiences of her career has been being invited to coach educators to co-create equitable, responsive environments for young people. Erin holds a master’s degree in Instructional Design and Technology and began her career developing school-community arts integration programs, experiences that continue to shape her commitment to designing meaningful educational experiences rooted in humanity, imagination, and care. Outside of work, she enjoys hiking in the Colorado mountains, exploring the Great Lakes in Michigan, and spending time with family and friends.
