With more than three decades dedicated to shaping educational environments across the country, Brad Kiehl brings a rare blend of architectural expertise, district-level leadership, and operational excellence to his role as Vice President of Operations at Kay-Twelve. His career has been defined by one driving purpose: to create learning spaces that elevate student success, empower educators, and strengthen communities.

Brad has a diverse professional journey, spanning architecture, planning, facilities management, construction leadership, and district administration (owners' representation), which gives him a 360-degree understanding of what it takes to design, coordinate, and deliver high-performing learning environments. He has led and guided over 20 major district-wide improvement and capital programs, contributing to more than 110 individual school projects across the country, including multi-million- and billion-dollar capital programs. He has also supported school districts nationwide in aligning their vision, operations, and long-term facility planning.

Across every role, Brad has been recognized for his collaborative leadership style, commitment to transparency, and relentless pursuit of what is best for students. Colleagues and district partners consistently describe him as knowledgeable, empathetic, organized, and deeply mission-driven.
