Kim Taylor

Kim has been with Kay-Twelve since 2013 and has played a vital role in supporting the company’s growth and mission over the years. A graduate in Environmental Science from The Ohio State University, she brings a thoughtful, detail-oriented mindset to her work and is passionate about building systems that help both internal teams and schools succeed.

Kim is married with two children – one currently in college and the other a recent college graduate. As a longtime advocate for student-centered learning, her commitment to creating better learning environments stems from her belief that “ Every child deserves a space where they feel seen, supported, and inspired to thrive.”

Outside of work, Kim enjoys hiking, traveling, and spending time with her family and friends.
